New Orders and Subscriptions

The quickest method of placing an order with us is through our website.  Please note that any payments made shall, once they are paid, not be refundable or creditable. 

From any report page, select the license type of the product you wish to order, then click "Order Now".  You will then be prompted to enter your payment details.  If you prefer to place an order over the phone, our contact details can be found in the upper menu bar by selecting Contact.  

For new orders, subscribers will receive access once payment is processed and the client account is approved. For credit card users, access is granted typically within one business day.  For non-credit card payment, access is granted once payment is received and processed and the client account is approved.  
(For fastest access, please use a credit card.) 
To access the reports in your subscription, please use the login links on our home page.  To access your active subscriptions, please enter your username (email address) and password that was emailed to you upon account creation. 
Historical data and archived issues are not included with your subscription. Select historical data and reports are available for purchase for our subscribers. Please contact our office for details.
If you have forgotten your password, please select Login from the homepage and use the Forgot Your Password link to reset your password.  Instructions to change your password will be sent to the email address on record.
