    New Publishers for Pipe Logix Reports

    We are pleased to announce that Spears and Associates will begin publishing the Pipe Logix suite of reports, effective May 1, 2004. Your current subscriptions will not be affected by this change. All reports and the terms of subscriptions will continue as usual.
