New Publishers for Pipe Logix Reports

We are pleased to announce that Spears and Associates will begin publishing the Pipe Logix suite of reports, effective May 1, 2004. Your current subscriptions will not be affected by this change. All reports and the terms of subscriptions will continue as usual.

Spears and Associates is very prominent in the oil and gas industry providing market research and information services. Bob Spears started the company 40 years ago. They are widely recognized for their drilling forecasts and oilfield market reports.

Charlie Perkins has published Pipe Logix reports on the OCTG industry since 1975 and will shift his involvement to an advisory role with Spears and Associates, offering periodic viewpoints and contributions on special consulting assignments. Mr. Perkins and Spears and Associates will work closely through the transition period and continue providing the industry quality OCTG market data.
